You will start your 2-hour lesson on the southwest side of Lake Union right in Seattle. Before boarding, there will be a briefing where safety and sailing theory is covered. Then step aboard the boat to learn the ropes first hand. Your hands on lesson is on a small and exciting boat where you will learn to sail and be able to see fantastic views of the following:
- Floating Homes (including the Sleepless in Seattle home)
- The Space Needle
- Gasworks Park
- Seattle's Draw Bridges (much better to see from the water rather than in traffic!)
- St Marks Cathedral
- The Seattle Skyline
