1: I bought the card and have printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up the Cards and Guidebook?

Bring your voucher to one of the redemption centers (see address above)

2: How long does my Go Card â„¢ last?

Your Go Card â„¢ is valid for the number of calendar days that you choose at the time of purchase (1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 days) These days are consecutive.

3: How does my Go Card â„¢ get activated?

Your Go Card â„¢ will become activated the first time you use it.

4: If I'm traveling with a friend, can we use the same card?

No, the Go Card â„¢ is only valid for one person. If you would like to share your Go Card â„¢ experience with a friend, you will each need to have your own Go Cards â„¢.

5: Do children need to have a Go Cardâ„¢ ?

Yes, every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a Go Card â„¢ to take advantage of the free admissions. (Children under the age of 3 are FREE do not require a card)

6: What happens if I lose my Go Card â„¢ ?

Unfortunately, an activated Go Card â„¢ is like cash. It is non-refundable.

7: How many attractions can I visit in one day?

You may visit as many attractions as you like in one day, but you are limited to visiting each attraction only once per day.

8: I can't possibly go to all those attractions in one visit. Why should I buy the Go Card â„¢ ?

We don't expect you to go to all the attractions in one visit. Even if you go to a few attractions, you will save a significant amount of money. We have a lot of things to do so to give you choices and flexibility. If you are able to get to everything featured in the guidebook we'd love to know about your experience!!

9: Is it a ride or a guided tour?

No, the Go Card is more like a ticket to be used for the attraction admissions. The included color guidebook will help you find your way, but please keep in mind that you’ll need to coordinate your own transportation to and from each attraction..
